Attendance Policy

Who is allowed in the room
Only registered teachers, approved demonstrators, and Acrobatic Arts staff may be in the training room during a Certification course. Anyone not registered and paid for this specific course date is considered unregistered, including studio owners, parents, assistants, current Certified teachers, or past demonstrators.

What unregistered individuals cannot do
Observe, spot, coach, give feedback, or remain in the room in any capacity.

Waiver requirement
Everyone present must have a signed liability waiver on file in advance, with no exceptions.

Enforcement
Course Conductors can ask any unregistered individual to leave. If the issue is not resolved and it threatens safety or course integrity, Acrobatic Arts can pause or end the session until the room is clear.

Purpose
This policy protects everyone in the room, especially dancers being spotted on high level skills, and ensures proper waiver coverage for every person present. It also protects Acrobatic Arts' proprietary course content, including teaching methods and progressions, from being accessed by anyone who has not registered for and agreed to the terms of the course.
