Cancellation Policy

MODULE COURSES 

30 days (or more) prior to event:


Full refund, less a $50.00(CAD/USD/AUS) /£40 /€45 admin fee.

OR
 Acrobatic Arts will hold the full registration fee in trust, to be applied toward another event within one year of the original course date.

15 - 29 days prior to event:


Full refund, less admin fee of $100.00(CAD/USD/AUS)/ £60/ €70. 

OR 
Acrobatic Arts will hold the full registration fee in trust to be applied toward another event within one year of the original course date. A transfer fee of $50 (CAD/USD/AUD) / £40 / €45 is required and is due within 5 business days of receiving the invoice.

If payment is late, the course registration will be voided.

14 days or less prior to event:


Refunds and transfers not available
. Extreme cases can appeal to your Division Manager

AERIAL & BACK HANDSPRING/BACK TUCK & BACK LAYOUT COURSE

30 days (or more) prior to event:


Full refund, less a $50.00(CAD/USD/AUS) /£40 /€45 admin fee.

OR
 Acrobatic Arts will hold the full registration fee in trust to be applied toward another event within one year of the original course date.

15 - 29 days prior to event:


Full refund, less admin fee of $100.00(CAD/USD/AUS)/ £60/ €70.

Full refund, less a $100.00USD admin fee

OR Acrobatic Arts will hold the full registration fee in trust to be applied toward another event within one year of the original course date. A transfer fee of $50 USD is required and is due within 5 business days of receiving the invoice.

If payment is late, the course registration will be voided.

14 days or less prior to event:

Refunds are not available; transfers can be completed with a $100USD transfer fee. 

Acrobatic Arts will hold the full registration fee in trust to be applied toward another event within one year of the original course date. A transfer fee of $100USD transfer fee DUE within 5 business days of receiving invoice.

If payment is late, the course registration will be voided.

OTHER WORKSHOPS

30 days (or more) prior to event:

Full refund, less a $35.00(CAD/USD/AUS)/£20.00/€20.00

OR Acrobatic Arts will hold the full registration fee in trust to be applied toward another event within one year of the original course date.

15 - 29 days prior to event:

Full refund, less admin fee of less a $35.00(CAD/USD/AUS)/ £20.00/€20.00

OR Acrobatic Arts will hold the full registration fee in trust to be applied toward another event within one year of the original course date. A transfer fee of $35(CAD/USD/AUS)/ £20.00/€20.00 is required and is due within 5 business days of receiving the invoice.

If payment is late, the course registration will be voided.
