Skill Level:
For teachers working with students from Primary through Level 6, or anyone wanting to supplement the flexibility portion of their jazz, lyrical, contemporary dance, or ballet dance classes.
Course Requirements:
- Teacher participation is strongly encouraged to practice techniques in real time.
- Clear space to move comfortably and a mat if desired.
- Yoga blocks, dowel (48” x .75”), and resistance band.
