Module One Refresher

This comprehensive, self-directed refresher course reviews the key components you learned at our Module One course. It ensures you're well-prepared to instruct and spot students effectively, through continued education with Acrobatic Arts. Teachers must have an attended Module One to take this course.

Course Overview

Scope: This refresher course covers the first half of the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, from Primary to Level 6.

Content:

• Foundational AcroDance Skills: Handstands, cartwheels, and bridges.
• Progressions and Spotting: Proper technique through understanding correct body placement, spotting techniques, and basic anatomy.
• Additional Skills: AcroDance transitions and lesson planning.
• Skill Level: Up to Level 6, including back walkovers, front chest stands, and assisted handstands.

Requirements: Teachers must have taken Module One to take this course.
