Registration for Aerial and Back Handspring Workshop

Location: Active Dansa Studio, 68-72 Chapel Hill, Lisburn, Northern Ireland, UK BT28 1BW 

Date: Monday, July 29th 2024 (3:15pm - 7:30pm) 

This 4 hour workshop focuses on the technical requirements and spotting the Side & Front Aerial and Back Handspring.

Teachers are required to attend with a demonstrator who has mastered the progressions leading up to side aerials and back handsprings.  IE: one hand cartwheels, chassé step hop (all cartwheels), back arabian limber, front & back walkover, handstand shoulder shrugs, hold handstand on the wall/plank for 1 minute (as a minimum) for this workshop.

This workshop is ideal for teachers who do not feel comfortable spotting these skills, and is a prerequisite to the Module Two course.
